First partnering with Mercy Ships NZ for Direct Mail in 2020, they achieved in their last quarter the best result to date, skip forward to October 2021 – and 2020 was smashed 10x!

During another pandemic lockdown in New Zealand, together we strategised an integrated campaign for the lead up to Christmas with three bursts.

Tactically we included direct mail, social media, email and online collateral including video.

Because of lockdown video was tricky, we shot in homes remotely using phones and video conferencing technology - interviewing from Auckland to Singapore. Through some basic training for set up and simple lighting, virtual direction, the videos edited with field footage and images, were heartfelt and compelling - really lifting the campaign narrative like never before.
